Project#1
Shelf Talkers is a collaborative piece between Banff Centre’s Media and Production department and the Paul D. Fleck Library and Archives. 3D pieces representing artists are placed on shelves throughout the library to indicate there’s more to learn in the archives.
The project was lead by myself from the Animation department and Allison Comrie from the Library, with support from Tyler Jordan in the Digital Media Arts department at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity

Project#3
This project was a collaboration with an artist, Sarah Fuller, done in fall of 2018 for her artist show which was displayed at University of Lethbridge as well as the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity. Her show was based on the Lord Howe Island stick insect that was said to be extinct but was recently found to have survived. I was responsible for the 3D sculpting and getting it printer ready. The insect was printed with 3D printed and then iron casted and painted for finishing details.

This short film called “The Keener” was produced for the 48-hour film challenge organized by the Banff Centre. Each team was divided in groups of four and each of the team members were from different sub-departments in Media Production. I was responsible for the motions graphics as well as the Camera assistance for the making of our short film.
All motion graphics were created in After Effects

Project#7
The Mush hole is a theatre production. The story is based on the Mohawk Institute residential school survivors. The Indigenous-led production portrays the devastating impacts on those who “served time” at the Mohawk Institute (Brantford, ON) a.k.a. The Mush Hole.
My role in the production was to re-create the wall from the residential school documentation photos and animate the words and numbers appearing on a triple wide projection while having the triple wide projection synced so that all animation begins and stops at its designated time for some of the key scenes in the play.
The wall and animations were re-created in Photoshop and After Effects
